Sidewalk People

Driving towards home...

Cam: "People walk on the sidewalk."
Me: "Yes, that's right. People walk on the sidewalk."
Cam: "Why?"
Me: "That way they are away from the cars, and the cars don't hurt them."
Cam: "Cars go on street."
Me: "Yes, cars go on the street."
Cam: "Why?"
Me: "Because streets are made for cars, and sidewalks are made for people."
Cam: "Why?"
Me: "The streets are big, they're wi-ide, so the cars can fit."
Cam: "Why?"
Me: "To give them someplace to drive where they won't hit the people."
Cam: "Why?"
Me: "Oh, look, we're home." (darn, I was hoping to hear about 82 more "why?"s)
