Phonetic Spelling

Megan brought a drawing home this week. It shows two children, one appears to be a girl and the other appears to be a boy. The only writing on the picture is a word next to an arrow pointing to the girl. The label reads "TiT's". I'm hoping this indicates that the girl is wearing tights...
