Our community sponsored an "Autumn" celebration this week. Everything was absolutely free. There were bounce houses, carnival games with prizes, a magic show, a petting zoo, pony rides, and a hay ride. We met Aunt Jamie and Cedric and Aidan there (Jamie just moved into our city) After our group watched the magic show, petted the animals, and rode the ponies (well Cam would not get on a pony, but the other 3 kids rode them), we split up. Megan really wanted a bag with all the carnival-game prizes in it. Jamie wanted to take her kids on the hay ride. And David decided that Cam and he should check out the bounce houses.
Cam was able to go into the blow-ups (on his own!), Jamie and her kids were able to get on a hay ride without too much waiting, and Megan got her prized bag. It was a wonderful evening, especially for free! I love our city!!
