Megan has decided she loves camping. She's been asking me since last October when we would go again. So we found a campground (and cabin) near home and picked a weekend. Mamie came too, and I used Cameron as an excuse to sleep at home. Truth be told sleeping on a hard board with a questionable "mattress pad" is not really my idea of fun.
I brought Cameron Saturday and we got a lot of use out of his stroller for the first time since... ever (the drawbacks of a December baby) Megan showed an interest in it too, and when Cameron was in our arms she jumped at the chance to be chauffered about. Then her cousin Aidan (almost 3), who hasn't sat still in a stroller since he could crawl, wanted in on the action too. The peace of the weekend was in jeopardy until Mamie suggested Aidan sit on Megan's lap. Boy, was that a stroke of genius! Look how happy everyone looks in the pic! Go, Mom!
