Cameron will sit and listen to a pretty long story at this point. His favorite right now is "Cars". He wanted to read it this morning, and I was trying to get away with the "fast version." I read the first sentence off each page. After I flipped past the page when McQueen brags "I'm a one-man show!", Cameron flipped back. He looked at me, confused, and pointed at McQueen: "ONE MAN SHOW!" he said. He'd caught the fact I'd skipped that sentence!
I didn't skip any more sentences, but I did stop halfway through the book... I had to get to work.
He let Megan read him "Cuddles The Cow" (very simple, short) But he kept telling her which word came next! I'm not sure he's very good for Megan's practice reading sessions.
