Holiday In Lights 2012

It was Dec 16 and we still hadn't gone to see Holiday in Lights. Cameron mentioned it on a Sunday, so we thought we'd go see how bad the crowd was. Because we got there right when they opened, there wasn't much of a line. But we skipped the lights (on Cam's request) and just went right to SantaLand. He looked at the trains, and played in the indoor area. He wasn't interested in the Dickens' carolers. He and David tried to get Scrooge to do the double-finger, I'm looking at you, sign, but they couldn't catch his eye. It was pretty crowded.

In the indoor play area, there was a scavenger hunt to find the winter items. After we found them all, Cameron played in the ball pit. I think he wanted to stay in a while, because the ages were 2-5. He knew in just 13 days, he would be too old.

On the way out, we saw the line of cars waiting to get in now. It was insane! We are so lucky we came when we did. We thought we might go back after Chrismas to see the lights.
