A fine line

I want Megan to have the world, of course I do. But I don't want her to be spoiled. Where's the line? How many toys does she really need? I think I'm doing okay, and here's why. The other day I gave Megan 2 Disney Princess chapsticks, and she was ecstatic. For two solid days she would not let go of them. The first night it was hard to convince her not to bring them to bed ("remember the rule: only soft, cuddly toys in bed") She kept asking me "Why did you buy me chapsticks? I like them"

So maybe, at least when it comes to material possessions, I'm doing something right.
